Fantastic Food, with good ample portions and good service. Wine List a little pricey, but overall great lunch...

Gaucho - Piccadilly. 25 Swallow Street, Piccadilly, London, W1B 4DE Nice restaurant, but booked for a client meeting and wasn't really suitable as they had the lights dimmed even though it was lunch time!

It was all good until the waitress informed me that the restaurant had ran out of pepper... Shamon, a steakhouse with no pepper???

A steak for £45!!with no warning or price displayed. Shocking. Quality of steak was good but price for a chain like this is shocking. I complained but the manager just said I should have looked at the menu more carefully when I picked from the display tray. Which had no prices on it at all. How r u supposed to marry the menu prices with the cuts, and how can u ask price in front of aguests, shocking cheek this. Portions of veg and salad small but taste was good. And they charge for sauces!
