Had lunch at Nova Bar and Grill in London, the food is very basic "pub food" and the service was quite poor. Although the staff are friendly the service is really slow and I had to wait 40 minutes to pay the bill as their chip and pin machine wasn't working. No apology either.
Very nice and chilled out. Food ok, but service was very nice. Recommend it for a casual lunch.
Great service with friendly staff, food was great, i would recommend the lamb starter. We will be going back for sure.
Hugely disappointed - the restaurant was soul less and the food aweful. How difficult is grilled salmon? and I'm afraid my guest left her chicken
We booked the Nova Bar & Grill in london for a pre Christmas lunch. It was not busy when we arrived however this did not defer from service, the staff let us take our time and we even placed our order for starters (which we shared) before placing our main course. Service was fantastic and they even produced drink for one of us who had no voice and a bad cough! we all will definatly return either in the evening or another lunch
