Bam-Bou

About Bam-Bou

Set in a striking Georgian townhouse, Bam-Bou is furnished throughout in a French-Vietnamese colonial style.  The South East Asian influenced menu naturally fuses ingredients from Thailand, China and Vietnam.  There are two handsome dining rooms, four private rooms and a top-floor cocktail bar creating a four-storey hideaway haven. On the south end of Charlotte Street, Bam-Bou is at the epicentre of Fitzrovia chic.

Lovely venue, in a beautiful house type building. Cocktails are excellent and food was very good. Would highly recommend the small plates over the main courses. Desserts were fantastic. Staff warm and friendly and attentive. The only slight setback was there are 5 floors with no lift and the cocktail bar on the very top floor.

Food and service was excellent! Went when there was 50% off so was well worth it.

I booked for 7 people and got a private room. really nice food and service. The bar, up steep steps on the third or fourth floor, was a really nice venue with gorgeous cocktails, and you pay appropriately.

Bam-Bou is a fantastically authentic restaurant just off Charlotte Street. Set in an old Georgian town house, the decor is sophisticated & a giant Buddha head greets you at the door. The food is diverse and there is something for everyone. With a restaurant area and several private rooms I would definitely recommend Bam-Bou.

BAM-BOU was lovely as usual, very good food, nice ambience. we were seated downstairs this time and the restaurant became a bit too loud, whilst upstairs I had found it nicer last time we were here. will definitely go back though
