About Rowley's St James'
Not many restaurants have a loyalty scheme, which just goes to show how very loyal Rowley's long-time regulars happen to be. The room is traditionally British, but also informal and relaxed. The menu changes monthly, and always features Rowley's tremendously good char-grilled entrecote steak or breast of Sussex chicken with herb and butter sauce and endless chips. The trad Caeser salad is also terrific. Short, intelligent wine list and the sun-dried tomato chutney served with the cheese is just right. Great for business lunches, or pre- or post-theatre.

Rowley's was a nice treat on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very good. We had 50% off food vouchers which made the meal reasonable, otherwise full price would have been a little excessive. The wine list was good and the food very well cooked with quality ingredients.
Rowley's in Jermyn Street, excellent venue; excellent food; great value. We'd definately go again.
Rowleys, St James As usual the food , service and ambience were all first class. The signature steak and chips dish was just right and to be recommended.
Rowley's St James had a very 'old school' feel with welcoming and polite staff. The rump steak was incredibly tender and the food in general (starters, sides) was good. Not really a date place, but well worth visiting.
Wonderful food and great service. Will certainly return.
