Toptable says about Med Kitchen - Cambridge Circus

Med Kitchen in London's Cambridge Circus is a relaxed, all-day brasserie where you can drop in for breakfast, a quick drink, a leisurely dinner or pretty much anything you want. Contemporary décor, muted colours and tempting Mediterranean-style cooking make this a can't-go-wrong choice. Grab a quick Eggs Benedict before the theatre, or settle in for the evening and have pan-fried tiger prawns (mopping up the spicy tomato sauce with char-grilled pugliese bread), followed by grilled Mediterranean vegetables with chickpeas, couscous and harissa. Vanilla panncotta with winter berry coulis should round things off nicely.

VERY quiet for mothers day - on 2 other couples dining, for this very central restaurant. service was really attentive- very pleaseant & friendly, although maybe because it was so quiet. food was good although nothing amazing. very good value with the TT deal. would recommend as decent placefor comfort food.

Sylvain's dinner: Nothing amazing but really acceptable for £15. The £15 set menu is a different one that the full set menu available at restaurant but that's perfect to meet with few friends and before a saturday night party. Quantity is enough with 3 courses and including the service and the wine that goes up to £22. We've enjoyed.

Absolutely no complaints for the money - decent food in a amazingly central spot even if table did vibrate! (we had a window seat - as requested). Would absolutely recommend a meal on a budget.

Med Kitchen is a great place to go for a pre-Priscilla meal. The Toptable offer was great value - food was perfectly nice without being amazing but at such a good price it's hard to quibble. Cocktails (outside of Toptable deal) were very expensive and very bland. Stick with the wine or the free drink.

We arrived at Med Kitchen a few minutes late. We were immediately shown to our table and given the menus. After quickly ordering, our starter arrived which was very tasty. The main course quickly followed, also excellent. Our dessert was very good and we were able to leave in plenty of time to get to the theatre. This is the first time we have been to Med Kitchen and we will certainly be coming back.
