About Sufi Restaurant

Sufi in Shepherd’s Bush has the recipe. Forget Indian, Chinese and Thai this is classical Persian cuisine. Sufi offers relaxed dining in a friendly, stylish atmosphere, the Middle Eastern flavour of the menu is reflected in the sandstorm pink of the walls and the classical styling of the furniture and artwork while professional staff make you feel at home and thousands of miles away all at the same time. When it comes to the food, Sufi offers a menu which has evolved over hundreds of years to bring a fusion of flavours to traditional dishes from the country we now know as Iran and a true taste sensation to our tastebuds.

Sufi, Shepherd's Bush. Beautiful hummus and freshly baked flatbread, delicious kebabs. V friendly service. Great local restaurant!

Sufi Restaurant is a cozy neighbourhood place, with friendly staff and tasty Persian fare. The meze sampler was full of all the standard dips, each quite flavourful (though I prefer Lebanese/Syrian hummous). The grilled prawns were cooked to perfection and the vegetarian sabze was good, if not special. We'll definitely go again if in near Askew Road again.

Sufi is my favourite local of all the varied restaurants we have on Askew Rd. Service is always genuinely concerned and pleasant, food is always good. Rice crust is a long term favourite tho I think I chose the wrong topping this time : goumeh vs the other- too close in name. Was fine tho. Even tho it was the wrong day they did the Friday special for me: chicken with a birianyi type rice...lovely. With a bottle of wine, for 1: £25. You can't beat it.

Sufi is one of my favourite Persian restaurants and having tried most if not all the others in London, I have no hesitation in claiming this to be among the best. The atmoshere is subtle and classy but also cosy. Service is excellent with friendly, welcoming and helpful waiters and waitresses and food is just divine - I would recommend the Jojeh Chicken. Sufi Management: Please don't change anything about your restaurant because there are very few which offer an all round experience as good as yours. 100% recommended, I've been 3 times already!
