Reviews of Postman's Park
Visit London review of Postman's Park
Nestled between tall buildings and busy roads near St Paul's you'll find a charming little memorial garden. Postman's Park pays tribute to ordinary men, women and children that lost their lives trying to save others. There are almost 50 beautifully hand painted tiles, each one more tragic than the last. As well as a fascinating historical insight into the late 19th century, the porcelain plaques serve as a humbling reminder of their heroic sacrifice. The park gets its name due to its lunchtime popularity with workers from the nearby Post Office.
