Good but not great, the service was good but I felt a little bit rushed. I had heard a lot about Tamarind so expected more, but I think next time I would go for the a la carte menu as I wasn't impressed by the pre-theatre set menu.

I am a great indian food eater and I have to admit that Tamarind was a positive experience. From start to finish the service was spotless. However, the minced lamb curry from the tasting menu had all the nice flavours except for the texture! I loved the starter and kulfi & carot halwa dessert was a total delice! My partner thought that a pilau rice would have been better than the plain rice! I thought that wasn't an issue that would prevent me from going back especially with 2 for 1 deal

Booked for visiting business colleagues and the comments back were positive; good food, great wine accompaniments without being overpriced. Good for a business meeting rather than a romantic dinner for two.
