Two of us ate at Tamnag Thai, the food was generally pretty good but it was very busy and the staff struggled to cope. Some of the food probably should have been hotter. We'll give it one more try.

We have been going to Tamnag Thai in Crystal Palace for about 4 years and have always enjoyed our visit until this one! The food was as good as ever, but the service was terrible- there were no complimentary crackers, the starters arrived and we had no plates, the plates for the main were freezing cold, they brought 1 wrong dish and we had to wait so long for it to be replaced that we had nearly finished the rest of the meal before it came, coffee machine not working and not offered dessert:-(

Great buzzy atmosphere as always. We loved the chefs tasting plate starter. Three out of four of USA loved our main courses, the five spice duck breast was a big hit! The crispy chilli duck was a bit too fatty. Really reasonably priced wines and lovely cocktails. The only thing we weren't keen on was how long we aware left waiting without even being asked for a drinks order (over twenty minutes). All in all however another lovely evening....we'll definitely be back.

The food was fine at Tamnap Thai in Crystal Palace but even though there were 4 of us at the table they only gave us 3 main courses and completely forgot mine! When I pointed this out, several times!, they didn't say sorry once and eventually bought my food when everyone else had finished! Rubbish!

We have been dining at the Tamnag in Gipsy Hill for a few years now. The venue is superb and welcoming. The atmosphere inside is so relaxing we take our time when eating out. The staff are very friendly and the food is just as you would expect a family run business. Carefully selected menus which are mouthwatering and the portions are very generous. We definitely recommend this Tamnag Thai in London.
