About Goat Tavern

The Goat Tavern is a small traditional English pub located near the famous Old Bond Street. We have a downstairs bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink with friends and a restaurant bar upstairs. The Goat Tavern has an interesting history dating back to 1686 as it stands on the very spot that the Great Mansion Clarendon House used to stand. Although the original house was demolished and re-built in 1958, it has not lost any of its charm as we still have original beams and nooks and crannies where you can enjoy a quiet pint of ale.

Taylor Walker pubs have been serving the best British pub food and drink for over two centuries. With menu classics such as our Chip Shop Platter, succulent burgers and traditional British recipe Bangers & Mash, our pub food is freshly prepared and includes all your British favourites. We also offer a range of sandwiches and jacket potatoes.
