This show has been specifically designed for pre-school children aged 3 and 4 and their accompanying adults. It is not suitable for children under this age; as the show is set around the theme of bedtime and light and darkness there are brief moments of darkness. The company has done a lot of research, involving children, and found that while children of 3 and 4 found the darkness exciting, younger children found it genuinely difficult to cope with. Equally Brilliant is not targeted at children who are any older, as they may not find the show holds their attention and therefore might not enjoy it. There is a world of difference between a child who is at school and a younger pre-school child. Having older children present can change the 'feel' of the audience and stop it being such a special tailored event for the audience for which it was intended.

Especially suitable for younger children, 'movement play' and creating music using a variety of percussive instruments.
