  An energetic class that draws on principles of release technique emphasising flow and co-ordination. The general level class incorporates a warm-up, dynamic dance sequences and a cool-down to help improve body connectivity and encourage freedom of movement.

  Participants are given a frame to playfully investigate different approaches to creating movement by activating inherent resources such as imagination. Through deepening sensory awareness and the willingness to go beyond automatic movement responses, interactions lead to solo, duet and group collaborations.
