Elistano

About Elistano

An extremely popular neighbourhood restaurant, Elistano is a real favourite of the moneyed Chelsea set. It’s the charming, laid back atmosphere and always amiable service that makes this chic little spot so loved – Elistano is a place to really enjoy good food and great company after a hard day at the office or indeed at the shops. Elistano offers fabulously authentic regional dishes with a touch of class and style, accompanied by a high quality wine list which always includes one recommended Wine of the Month. Linger over pasta, sip a glass of something sweet and let the music of Italy wash over you as you enjoy the Italian experience, Elistano style.

Had to organise an informal business dinner at Elistano. The food is authentic, simple, delicious, Italian!

The food was fresh and well cooked (I had something akin to a grilled chicken salad), and came across as healthily prepared (no gratuitous use of oil, fat, etc). The portions are not big, but certainly not too small...perfect if you're having two or three courses or a light 1 course meal. I would like to go back and try other items on the menu, before forming a final opinion. Service was good and polite but slightly inattentive given it was a quiet night (3 tables full).

Elistano in Chelsea was very good - delicious food, excellent service and very good value for money.

We had lunch with a friend from out of town. The staff were pleasant and attentive. All our meals were well presented and tasty. A nice weekend lunch.

We were a table of 6, looking for a homely, rustic place with good food and good ambience. The food at Elistano was nothing special however. Pasta was average and the ingredients didn't seem particularly high quality - I'm sure most people could do a similar job in their own kitchens. Starters were just fine. I'd be very surprised if this restaurant is actually owned by someone with an Italian background. Simply too many better Italian restaurants to go to - wouldn't come again.
