The staff at Tiger Tiger were lovely, and they did deliver what we were after- a fast, reasonable pre theatre dinner, but it's not somewhere I'd go back to eat. For a start, they didn't have our reservation, and we were stuck at the back of the restaurant, which wasn't very atmospheric. But the bar area seemed nice, and I would go back for drinks to take advantage of the happy hour offers.
Tiger Tiger was our choice for a pre theatre meal and it was ideal for that. The meal was nicely served, reasonably quickly brought to the table and good value. We had the fixed price menu with several choices available and, because of the time that we were eating, a cocktail for half price.Lively music trickled from the bar and the restaurant had a nice feel. Not the place for a gastronomic experience but we would go there again if taking a show in the haymarket area.
Tiger tiger is a nice restaurant and the staff were very friendly, the food was really nice, nice size portions and the deal is very good value for money.
Tiger Tiger definately has a great bar, but restaurant was average. The 2 courses meal offer was good value for money, but nothing more than that. We went there with 13 guests for a birthday party, but it was chaotic in the restaurant. Tables next to us was extremely loud, and seats were too tight. We were asked to leave when we passed the 2 hour limit which wasn't very nice since we were cutting birthday cakes. Wouldn't go again for food.
Tiger Tiger has a great atmosphere and is a good deal on food and wine, but the food was distinctly average and certainly wouldn't want to pay full price for it. Great venue for a drink and a dance after dinner.
