The Greedy Buddha
About The Greedy Buddha
The Greedy Buddha restaurant in London’s Fulham neighbourhood is a rare purveyor of real Nepalese food. The setting is no yurt it’s a sleek, smart, contemporary corner restaurant in natural shades of curry powder, cream and persimmon with wooden flooring and tables with leather banquettes and lozenge shaped modern lighting dangling over head. The downstairs bar is a chillout zone you won’t want to leave. All dishes are freshly prepared from scratch using the freshest ingredients possible with no artificial colourings and authentic, too, as all the chefs are Nepalese. Live music of a cool jazz blues variety happens ever other Thursday evening. The owner, Ram, does everything possible to make your Greedy Buddha experience sublime.

Food was great, divine poppadoms and particularly enjoyed the chicken apple curry. Downside was service was very slow - fine if you want to linger, but we were v late to a party as a result.
Fantastic. Amazing food and drinks. And a good price.
We went to the Greedy Buddha in SW6 on Thursday night. Nice atmosphere and really good tasty food. Only 2 minor complaints; although the atmosphere is nice the decor and is a bit warn and could do with a freshen up and although the restaurant was busy when we arrived at 8pm it emptied quite quickly and by 10pm the staff were closing up around us and we felt slightly pressured to leave. Still a good place and as said the food was really good.
I absolutely love this spot! The staff is lovely the atmosphere intimate and the food INCREDIBLE! We always feel well taken care of every time we eat here!
The Greedy Buddha is a fantastic restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are really friendly and nice. I would highly recommend.
