Had a lovely meal here. Did not use the set menu as preferred items on a la carte. Hot tasty food and excellent service. Would def go back.
Forty dean Street soho London - a small no nonsense italian restaurant with bags of charm, atmosphere and well priced food. I've been several times and if you overlook the used plates that occasionally get placed on the bar when it's really busy, you'll want to return too.
Lovely pre-theatre evening at Forty Dean Street.
Delicious meal, we both had the mushroom tagliatelli which was very good. Service was great, we were given a basket of bread with some olive oil and balsamic for dipping without charge. A warm friendly atmosphere, like the candle light on each table. They don't rush you, but if you need the bill quickly they are attentive to your needs. Will certainly go back again.
Went there on a Saturday night, as a group of five, and we had a great time. Very friendly staff, good atmosphere and the food was pretty good. The sea bass was a particular highlight in our party, although everyone really enjoyed what they ordered. The desserts were a little disappointing after the starters and mains, but not bad. We stayed for over three and a half hours and never felt rushed. It would also seem that the restaurant has a lot of returning customers - a good sign!
