Base Brasserie
About Base Brasserie
Mediterranean through and through, Base Brasserie offers relaxed dining in a conveniently central location, on Baker Street just a short meander from London’s glorious Regents Park. Simply and attractively designed, Base is light and comfortable, painted in unobtrusive tones and hung with colourful reproductions of vintage continental advertising posters. Sourced from local markets by chefs determined to use ingredients of the highest quality, Base’s food has a holiday memory-inducing Mediterranean flavour with a strong Italian selection standing alongside offerings from Greece, France and - a slight detour - even a couple of dishes all the way from the Asian cookbook. With a wine list recommended with Hardens and the option to enjoy simple snacks, delicious breakfasts, light bites or a good old three course dinner, Base brings bistro, brasserie and café styles of dining together perfectly, creating a unique atmosphere in a deservedly popular restaurant.

Overral enjoyable, food was really good. However our deserts were served cold.
This daytime cafe offers a restaurant service at night & with Base Brasserie being incredibly close to Baker Street underground station its location combined with the value of a 50% food offer is welcome indeed. Friendly service & decent, honest food. A few of the starters & puddings betrayed the signs of the odd shortcut but, overall, worth investigating.
looking into the restraunt, it feels rather Canteeny, very express sort of lunchy place. However food was very good. We used the TT 50% off offer and ordered starters and mains. Food cam well prepered, tasty and you could taste the detailed ingregients used. Service was exceptional and would highly recommend. Located right opposite Baker St Station too.
Good meal Good value for money with offer and excellent service
Went to Base with friends and have a nice evening. Food was fine, probably would't rush back though. convenient location given we had all come into Marylebone station.
