Beauberry House

About Beauberry House

If Philippe Stark and Jay Gatsby had a lovechild, it would be Beauberry House restaurant in Dulwich. Set in a grand Georgian mansion surrounded by acres of lush green lawn, Beauberry House is a breath of fresh air for stressed-out Londoners. The elegant dining area – aptly named the White Room – is a zen haven filled with businessmen and chic media types. With oak flooring, white walls and stunning white chandelier, the chic interior is complimented by the excellent service and the friendly sommelier. The slow-cooked sea bass with samphire and a cockle vinagrette melts in your mouth, and the roasted saddle of lamb with courgette marmalade is superb. The presentation and atmosphere of Beauberry House is faultless, and the bar and private dining room offer bespoke party solutions.

We had a lovely meal at Beauberry House on Friday. The food was incredible and the service second to none. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful and the chef was willing to change items on the menu to create additional sauces for example. The only slight criticism i would have would be the temperature in the restaurant. It really was a little too cold. Overall, a great evening, great setting and great food. I will definitely go back!

We were made very welcome. Restaurant was festive looking. We had a good meal served by friendly staff - a good way to spend Christmas.

What a building, and location. In summary we left the meal thinking what a tremendous dining location Beauberry House could be, however on the night it fell well short of our expectations. Not because the food was poor, it certainly passed the test without delighting. The problem was that we were only diners in the whole restaurant, and whilst some poorly chosen music tried to fill the atmospheric void it failed, miserably. This could be an incredible venue, hopefully some PR drives more custom.
