Beauberry House
About Beauberry House
If Philippe Stark and Jay Gatsby had a lovechild, it would be Beauberry House restaurant in Dulwich. Set in a grand Georgian mansion surrounded by acres of lush green lawn, Beauberry House is a breath of fresh air for stressed-out Londoners. The elegant dining area – aptly named the White Room – is a zen haven filled with businessmen and chic media types. With oak flooring, white walls and stunning white chandelier, the chic interior is complimented by the excellent service and the friendly sommelier. The slow-cooked sea bass with samphire and a cockle vinagrette melts in your mouth, and the roasted saddle of lamb with courgette marmalade is superb. The presentation and atmosphere of Beauberry House is faultless, and the bar and private dining room offer bespoke party solutions.

We booked 3 course meal with a glass of champagne on an offer at Beauberry Hse. It was very good value in terms of the quality of the food and choice of menu. The restaurant is set in a park. The dining room is pleasant enough and it would be relaxing if it were not for the noise of the wedding function held on the next floor. There was a full volume disco in session right above us and although some efforts had been made to reduce the noise impact on the dining room below it was not enough.
We went to Beauberry House in Dulwich for lunch and had a lovely time. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent - great portion sizes, all very well cooked. My fish and chips main course was made of generous chunks of salmon and cod, and melt in the mouth squid rings - all perfectly cooked and very tasty. Unfortunately the pea puree accompaniment was a bit flavourless. The lunch set menu is great value and we'll definitely return. More people should go here!
Beauberry House- Dulwich Fab setting- although a bit of work is needed on the garden as its a bit over run. Having a car park is ideal. The dining room was lovely- a bit cold and lacking atmosphere as there were only 10 people in on Easter Saurday night- a real shame as staff were really good and efficeient.
A lunch visit with friends to beauberry house on a rather damp and cold May day. In fact a local restaurant for us but we drove in view of weather! Very good parking but no other cars. An excellent meal with good choices. Only one other table occupied. We understand that it is busier when weather better as it has a lovely location in the park and drinks and meals on the terrace would be lovely.
Great food and service. Pricey, but worth it. Will definitely go again.
