Toptable says about Belgo Centraal
toptable Dining Awards 2007 - Runner-up: Best Cheap Eats category
Crossing a metal gangplank above a steaming open plan kitchen into the world of Belgo Centraal, and seeing its waiters decked out in monk's habits, is a real treat for the senses. It's a subterranean den of delights, and right in the heart of Covent Garden. The vibe is informal with the long refectory style tables and the food hearty.

Excellent meal at Belgo Centraal. Food was great, you won't go hungry. The toliets are fun too!
As always Belgos was excellent. The food was perfect, the atmosphere was great and decent value for money.
Only complaint would be our waitress who couldn't speak proper English, couldn't get our order right and took another tables entire order, who had sat down after us, part way through taking our order. A quick chat with the floor manager resolved all of these problems but it was disappointing as the service at Belgos is normally spot on.
The best Belgian food in London!
Belgo's was a great Venue! I took my team there for a team lunch and we had the most amount of fun there!
Not only is the food, service and drink good but the atmosphere too - Will be going back there again soon!

Another lovely meal at Belgo. Took 2 friends who hadn't been before and they loved it! We all had the mussels frites which were delicious. Service was a little slow but it was a Thursday evening and the restaurant was packed so it didn't reallly bother us. Very good value for money as well.
Good service, as went in earlier than booked and arranged for a table for us. Food was slightly cold but was still edible. overall an ok evening/meal.
