L'Autre Pied

About L'Autre Pied

When it comes to restaurants with pedigree, L’Autre Pied, in the heart of London’s fashionable Marylebone village, comes from excellent stock. Ran by Head Chef Andy McFadden his Pied a Terre mentor David Moore, this Michelin-starred eatery is definitely high-end, only with a surprisingly affordable price tag. The menu du jour offers particularly outstanding value, with accomplished cooking on offer for only £16.50 for two courses. Highlights include a puy lentil veloute, Herefordshire snail beignets with coconut froth and smoked olive and roast breast of Anjou pigeon with carrot and mango purée, caramelised mango and confit potatoes. Bliss on a plate.

I was looking for a new resto for a special occasion. I had three to choose from and location played a key role for a surprise evening. I was excited about trying somewhere new. We both love food and are not people who complain, this is the first negative feedback given. The food was lovely however the service was the worst experienced for a long time a trip to La Tasca would have been equally rated for service, would we return, NO, there are too many other restaurants to try first. Sorry.

A friend recommended we try L'Autre Pied for lunch and we weren't disappointed! Located in Central London in Marylebone it's tucked away in a side street and has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are attentive and the food is delicious. It's not cheap, but then it is Michelin-starred...!

L'Autre Pied on Blandford Street never disappoints. We visited on a Thursday at lunchtime. Service was polite & friendly, food was sensational as usual, would highly recommend the crab ravioli, packed full of flavours & textures. Lunch menu good value at just over £18 for 2 courses but limited choices

L'Autre Pied, Marylebone, W1, Monday Night ~8pm Fabulous food - delicious. Attentive service and good atmosphere (esp for a Monday night), though just a little chilly in the restaurant. My only criticisms would be that the set-menu detailed on the website was not available.

Excellent service, impeccable food and great atmosphere. Can't fault anything, except maybe the addition of some cocktails to the drinks menu!
