As you would expect of a restaurant in a museum devoted to design, aesthetics are important here. The dining room at this riverside restaurant is light, simple and unfussy.
Acclaimed Head Chef Jeremy Lee is at the helm in the kitchen doing what he does best and loved by all: simple, seasonal cooking. Jeremy prefers substance over style and creates modern European dishes with touches of his Scottish homeland.
The menu changes daily and evolves throughout the year from a wealth of fabulous game in the autumn and winter, to an abundance of asparagus in the spring and succulent soft fruits in the summer.

Blueprint Cafe
Good location with views over the river and Tower Bridge. Curiously ambivalent waitng staff who didn't react when we said we had to leave at 4pm and sweets only just arrived in time.
Food was different and delicous, room was too warm on a sunny day and again staff did not react to control temperature by opening a window.
It was a good meal and location for a Mother's day sunday lunch.
Bit too much vinegar and horesradish used in the dishes, however desserts are a specialty!
The Blueprint cafe is in a fantastic spot. Food was good but not a hige menu to choose from - luckliy we weren't with any fussy eaters. Views were cracking and the staff were excellent. Would definately reccommend.
Our first time at Blue Print Cafe and we all were impresses with the great views and attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was exemplary and represented fabulous value for money. One of our party had the set menu with the rest a la carte. Among the highlights were Bloater, Simpli (risotto cakes), Lamb with Lentils and Braised Oxtail. St Emilion Chocolat was declared the best chocolate dessert ever. Highly recommended for informal evenings and taking friends from outside the capital.
Blueprint cafe is excellent for its locationwith a river view, ambience, food and service. The salsify starter was particularly delicious.
