Amazing !
The food was nice but service was very slow. As the restaurant is in the O2, it didn't have the same intimate feel in comparison to the other Gaucho chains and more like a conveyor belt.
Gouchos is usually one of the best steaks and always dependable. unfortunatley this time the steak was very under cooked, ordered medium which is okay either medium well or medium rare. this time was barely rare, once it returned from the kitchen was as good as always but did need to have it sent back for more cooking.
I ordered a medium rare steak, it came out well done so I sent it back. The next one came back raw!
Went to Gauchos O2 for anniversary. It was our first time and definitely will not be the last. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the way I look at steak will never be the same...and the service was great.
