Wild Honey in the west end of London is a small unpretentious restaurant that serves interesting food from a small menu. The chef is clearly talented and uses very fresh produce to good effect. Three courses and a nice Galician white came to £150 for two so price-wise it is up there with a number of other good restaurants in the area. Good, friendly service although it is a little cramped and I feel for the staff running up and down stairs to the basement kitchen.
We had the three course Sunday menu at Wild Honey in Mayfair - every course absolutely excellent: innovative, interesting combinations and just enough exquisite food not to have you feeling stuffed. At £25 it represented good value too. The atmosphere was a little flat, but lots to be said not having thumping music on a Sunday.
I come here regularly and am never disappointed
Wild Honey is a charming restaurant offering good quality food. Highly recommended.
5 of us went to Wild Honey to celebrate the forthcoming wedding of a colleague. Generally the food was very enjoyable, especially the eel terrine which I had never tried before and the soft meringue for pudding. However, the cod dish on the working lunch menu was quite overpowering and a bit stodgy and I couldn't finish it which was a real shame. Staff, attentive and professional. Overall pretty good.
