Set inside London’s prestigious Soho Hotel, Refuel restaurant enjoys an enviable location in the heart of the West End, just moments away from some of London’s most popular theatres and nightclubs. The ground floor restaurant is decorated in warm neutral tones and features brown leather and suede seating with a long pewter bar and a specially-commissioned mural by London-born artist, Alexander Hollweg. After perusing the extensive wine list, you can enjoy modern European dishes like grilled chorizo with bean and basil salad; Dover sole with lemon and tartare sauce; and succulent Aberdeenshire steaks. Refuel also boasts one of Soho’s best dessert menus with tasty treats like mango tarte tatin, banoffee ice cream, and hot chocolate fondant on offer. In fact, Refuel is far too prosaic a term for the great experience of dining at this restaurant. Relax, recharge, restore yourself at Refuel.

Food was very good bit disappointing choice on the set menu
The Soho Hotel is fantastic any time of day and their breakfast is no exception. I had the omelette which was delicious, and their juices are great too. Always a good place for a meeting and there is usually the added bonus of a star spot or two. Not too pricy either.
First visit to Refuel at the Soho Hotel, will not be my last. Took my sister to lunch, and booked the three course special for £17.95. Did not know what to expect. Only a choice of two starters and two mains which might put people off. Every course was well presented and the flavours were excellent. The White chocolate raspberry roulade was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and knew exactly what each dish was when questioned. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely restaurant, hidden away. excellent decor and vibe. Food was lovely and service excellent. Would go again. Special menu changes weekly and is good value. Wine is pricey though.
Wonderful food - and on a £18.00 set menu on a saturday evening, brilliant value. The staff are always attentive, professional but manage to remain friendly.
