The acronym stands for ‘Tai Pai Tong’, a type of open-air food stall popular in Hong Kong in the 70’s. Appropriately, the food is fast and good, and thankfully the surroundings are comfier than the folding tables and stools. Authentic Chinese dishes are on offer, which were typical with this type of food stall.
