In the Patara kitchen, a team of expert chefs use traditional recipes and ingredients to create familiar Thai cuisine favourites like tom yum gai, fragrant green curry and pad Thai noodles. But there are some innovative creations coming out of the kitchen too. We recommend trying some of their excellent seafood dishes like grilled tiger prawns with lemongrass and lime dressing; or the black cod with ginger and yellow bean sauce. Patara’s dining room is equally impressive with wooden wall carvings, brown leather banquettes and bundles of bamboo, creating a stylish but unpretentious setting perfect for any occasion.
