Ffiona’s is a proudly traditional restaurant in an idyllic corner of Notting Hill specialising in fine British cuisine. The hands on approach taken by the restaurant’s eponymous owner is one of remarkable attention to detail, with candlelit tables, flowery wallpaper, sheets of music scores on the ceiling and bleached wood tables providing an incredibly homely atmosphere in which to enjoy award winning rustic British food, inclusive of roast loin of pork, steak and kidney pie and a chicken Kiev boasted as “probably the best in the world”. Her friends say Ffiona never met a stranger, so why not introduce yourself?

Ffiona's restaurant on Kensington Church Street is not only charming but serves an array on delicious dishes, making any form of decision near impossible! Fiona herself greets you at the door, and really is the personality behind the name. Good food, good wine list, charming and personal - a really enjoyable evening out. By the time we left we were best of friends with Fiona and can't wait to go back to try out her infamous bloody mary! Top notch.
ffiona's has been standing proudly on Kensington Church Street for 18 years. the only recent change is that ffiona can no longer sit at your table holding a cigarette as she takes your order! Really, it is everything a restaurant ought to be. The food is "home cooking" (none of this single scallop set in a pool of sauce nonsense) and really enjoyable. What makes it special is ffiona herself. I took a friend for the first time and he was enchanted. As indeed am I every time!
I recommended this to my boss and he loved it, Ffiona's is a fantastic place, I can't wait to go again myself!
