We met up for lunch with friends and ordered off the a la Carte menu. The food was well prepared and the service attentive. The restaurant had a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed the occasion. The price was reasonable. Overall we thought it was an excellent venue for an informal lunch with an upmarket feel to it
Another lovely meal at park terrace. service was very attentive. dining with family for Sunday lunch we all thought the beef was excellent quality. carved at the table and cooked exactly to individuals' liking. good value 2- and 3-course lunch deal. desserts were very nice although meringue was on the tough-side for one person in our group.
Used a travelzoo voucher for 2 people for a drink and 4 course meal. The food was excellent - had the scallops and terrine for starters (both amazing, scallops win), halibut and chicken (chicken a bit dry, but the gnocchi was amazing), a Niel's cheese yard course (top notch), and dessert (macadamia nut financier and raspberry sorbet w/ chocolate cage - the cage was a site to see). Had a bottle of red as well which was perfect. I can't comment on the price as we had the voucher, but it was great.
Pristine white table linen and excellent service are part of what makes Park Terrace such a lovely venue for lunch. The food, of course, is the other part. Interesting and well cooked with good flavours. It is a very relaxing if you have time for a long leisurely lunch.
If you want a relaxing meal with excellent service the Park Terrace is for you. The tastes are imaginative and there is always a good choice, with especially good fish. The desserts are wonderful too.
