Head Chef Nicky Lowe, one of Gordon Ramsay's rising stars who previously headed up The Narrow in Limehouse, has fused together an Italian meets gastropub signature style complete with a Cicchetti menu. Always filled with a stylish crowd, the restaurant is a fun place for special occasions or lazy Sunday lunches and The Vine also boasts a magnificent terrace sitting in front of the building overlooking the beer garden below that is perfect for sunny days.

Meat perfectly cooked. Courgettes fried to perfection. Sticky toffee pudding exceptional. Napkins perfect and white. Water fresh. Wine sexy. We needed more heaters. Thanks.
The Vine on Highgate Road offers quality pub food. Pub standards such as steak and fish and chips are served up alongside a small selection of pasta dishes, risottos etc. The starters are best served tapas style and offer something different making the Vine a little more than just another pub and these starters could easily be taken alone alongside a few drinks. A large selection of desserts and a cosy, ambient atmosphere make this an ideal place for a few drinks and a nice meal.
The food was good and the service was great, would definately return!
Food at the Vine is a bit hit and miss I have had some excellent dishes bu also some really dissapointing fayre
The newly opened Vine seems to still be suffering from staff training issues and a lack of consistency with the food some dishes were good others less so. I also found some of the portions rather mean. The deserts however were excellent.
