London's epicurious establishment and Park Lane princesses are crazy about China Tang - a luxe little slice of Shanghai-inspired style tucked away inside the Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair. Frequented by old-school movie stars, supermodels and business barons alike – China Tang is an iconic London dining institution decorated with a tasteful smattering of art deco objets d'art, chinoiserie and 1930s antiques. Owned by celebrity restaurateur Sir David Tang, this restaurant is the place where deals are sealed, proposals are accepted and affairs play out in cosy corners over cocktails and the best Cantonese food in town. Signature dishes include the classic Peking duck; the shredded pork in egg noodles; and the stir-fried lobster with black bean sauce.

Delicious meal at China Tang. Perfect Service. Cannot recommend enough!
Fantastic location in the luxurious Dorchester. The bar attached to the restaurant is incredible with a soft decor, great cocktails and soothing piano player. The food however, was somewhat disappointing, overpriced for what it was and the portions were very small.
China Tang at The Dorchester: the food was great as always, but the service was a bit sloppy this time. Would still go back time and time again for their excellent cocktails, 3 course duck, dim sum and the amazing chocolate dumplings!
