Apsleys, a Heinz Beck Restaurant

About Apsleys, a Heinz Beck Restaurant

This is the first restaurant outside Italy created by internationally renowned chef, Heinz Beck, holder of 3 Michelin stars at La Pergola in Rome. As Beck has said of his cooking, it is "light cuisine of Mediterranean flavours". The Executive Chef, and the man responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of Beck's menu is Massimiliano Blasone, who was the Executive Chef at Castello Banfi, the Tuscan estate producing Brunello di Montalcino wine. Apsleys has two private dining rooms and two wine tasting rooms which offer an impressive list of wines, and many are available by the glass.

Went there as part of the 3 course meal and glass of champagne for £45 promotion. The menu provided had great fish options, but no red meats. Great service and outstanding ambiance - beautiful, relaxed and quiet. Would def go there again.

Apsleys at The Lanesborough - London. Excellent food, beautiful setting and service that's attentive but never intrusive. We loved it and will be going back.

We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable evening at Apsleys at the Lanesborough. The hotel, restaurant and bar staff were all very pleasant and attentive. The three course set menu was excellently presented and accompanied by a number of 'extras' like delicate little petit fours and an amuse bouche. The offer was good value for money, but due to the size of the portions and the limited menu choices, it did not compare as favourably as recent visits to the Dorchester Grill/ Landau.

AMAZING FOOD. probably one of the nicest ones i've been recently. though the a la carte menu available for the offer was not the biggest choices. even the simple risotto was exquisite. the service was amazing and the restaurant itself. so pretty. definitely recommend!
