Though a tapas bar, Brixton Space doesn’t focus only on Spanish food, instead the chefs take their inspiration from the world over, fusing flavours and techniques from Britain, the continent and the rest of the world to produce small sharing plates with an international vibe. Ingredients are freshly sourced at Brixton market with fair trade and organic produce used wherever possible in everything from dinner dishes to the coffees and cakes enjoyed at leisure throughout the daytime.
