The Lyttelton, Stafford Hotel is very convenient for visit to the Royal Accademy. We booked for lunch but were the only people in the restaurant. It was a very comfortable and opulent room and the service was friendly but very professional. We had the offer lunch menu, the starter - potted salmon - was a bit disappointing but the Thai fish curry was excellent. We then removed to a sitting area for coffee. A lovely experience.

The Lyttleton, kempinski chain.Hopeful that some places stay oldywordly semimuseums of old traditional style melted upon arrival. This hidden gem got facelift - not necessary to its advantage, the main restaurant area surprised me with well spaced tables, yet semi lobby eatery feel. The service was bit lauzy,we were rather ignored.Im mostly vegan, yet compromise when I eat out,to make it easier for both parties. There was no dish which will presuade me, the waiter took little interest to help me out.

The Lyttelton - Lunch. 3 choices pwe corse - ok for m but my friend was bt taken with the choice of starters or desserts. I had Liver and Bacon followed by Haddock and Pillau Rice with Mussels - both well executed and full of taste. Friend has Potted Salmon and Venison Burger, ten the Baked Banofee pie from the a la carte menu - which was a very fone dessert.

Lovely venue - extremely quiet which was a shame as the food was great - wondered whether service would suffer as we were the only diners, but it was really good and would both recommend and return. Fantastic TT deal.
