One-0-One Restaurant

About One-0-One Restaurant

Fish is the dish at One-O-One, Knightsbridge's most highly-acclaimed seafood restaurant. The atmosphere at lunchtime is buzzy, bright and fast, and attracts local business folk. The evening brings a sea-change to cool, candlelit elegance, appreciated by its clientele of sophisticated adults. Chef Pascal Proyart draws inspiration from his childhood on the Brittany coast to create dishes like pan-roasted Norwegian white halibut and langoustine dumpling with Paimpol coco bean and truffle cassoulet and sauce Nantua, and Scottish beef fillet cooked lyonnaise with rich red burgundy sauce, morel mushrooms duxelles, sautéed potatoes. Excellent wine list, many by the glass. Both ingredients and surroundings are of the highest quality, and One-O-One is deeply committed to sustainably-sourced fish.

One o one Knightsbridge. We had the tasting menu, great value for money at 59 GBP for 5 dishes. Only one dish was a bit of a disappointment, the other were very good, especially the scallops with pork and potato-truffle cream. Excellent service, very quick, friendly and a very knowlegable sommelier. Great wines too, albeit a bit small amount. The only downside is that the place feels a bit empty and lacks ambiance, not the place to go for big parties, but if food is no1, this place is great.

Fabulous food and excellent wine list. Only gripe, and it's a small one, too many waiters serving each table!

At London's Sheraton Park Tower, One-O-One continues to maintain standards. In brief: costly, small portions, friendly unstuffy service, bland but comfortable decor, and some of the best imaginative seafood dishes anywhere. A welcome cosy refuge as the snow started to fall (again) in London. The short but excellent wines by-the-glass list continues to impress. I noticed the bottles list was relatively reasonably priced also. Great for a treat with the TopTable discount. 8/9 borderline overall.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. The food was tasty and impeccably prepared. We loved the seaweed butter and the bouillabaisse in particular, but all the dishes were stunning, interesting, and perfectly cooked. The waitstaff and overall service should be especially complimented. They were attentive, friendly, and professional in every way. My dinner guest is allergic to wheat, and the staff was immediately able to produce gluten-free bread and make helpful recommendations.

Excellent fish. The salt-baked sea bass is fantastic.
