Then a parade of skilful passadors – or meat carvers – comes to your table with giant skewers and a ridiculous array of meat, meat and more meat. Leg of lamb, most bits of the cow, chicken thighs and wings and hearts, upper pig and lower pig – you’ve got the drift. After you’ve satisfied the inner carnivore, you might choose a flan or mousse (they’re extra). The wine list is heavily Latin American, and the caipirinhas authentic.
