Toptable says about Truc Vert
Truc Vert restaurant in London's sleek Mayfair almost started the restaurant-plus-deli concept. With the rustic charm of a French fisherman's hut, honest, unpretentious Truc Vert is named for an unspoiled Gallic beach. The Medi-French menus change so frequently they're almost spontaneous, featuring fine ingredients simply prepared that deliver vibrant flavour. Packed at lunchtime with local workers, Truc Vert goes slightly uptown in the evenings for romantic dinners with white table linens and glowing candles. Tables on the pavement are great for people-watching and you can bundle up some goodies from the deli counter before you go. Wine tasting evenings are popular too.

Truc Vert has quickly become one of my top 5 choices. Their consistent delivery means I can feel confident bringing colleagues and friends there for an impressive meal in an atmosphere where you can actually hear what your dinner companions are saying. The friendly staff provides great service without being over-attentive. Highly recommended!
My girlfriend and I had a lovely experience at Truc Vert. We were slightly rattled initially by the fat that the menu deal advertised online didn't seem to apply on Valentine's Day, but a very friendly and helpful waitress said we could have it anyway! Service was good, food was great, and general character was sophisticated yet warm.
Le Truc Vert - As a group we had mixed results with our meals - the venison was great but the lemon sole was all bones with very little meat. The service was very good, friendly staff. Overall it was a good experience and I will probably return.
Truc Vert is fanastic, excellent food, friendly and professional service. The wine list was wonderful. We will be going back
I have dined at Truc Vert several times and like the service and ambience. The staff are always very attentive. There are some changes to the menu however, some of which are a little strange e.g. Tiger Prawns with beetroot. Neither of us found anything appealing as a starter and opted for a main & dessert instead. Chocolate mousse which was really thick and rich. My main meal was a little average as well.
Not the best meal I've had there, but will probably return as it has many plus points.
