Taberna Etrusca
About Taberna Etrusca
Taberna Etrusca restaurant in Bow Lane in the City of London has been providing Londoners with fresh, authentic Italian cuisine since 1967. That’s back in the Swinging Sixties. They’re long gone, but Taberna Etrusca is still here and still doing what it does best. This is a classic trattoria style eaterie with rough hewn whitewashed walls, tiled floors, exposed beams, and a collection of Ferrari posters. The warm Sicilian welcome from cheerful staff makes Taberna Etrusca feel as if it should be hidden on a Roman back street or a piazza in Palermo. The classic Italian dishes are made from the freshest of seasonal and imported ingredients favourites by head chef Giorgio Puddu who knows exactly what his customers want: pastas, simple classic meat and fish dishes and a trolley of freshly-made puddings. Taberna Etrusca’s wine list is all-Italian, covering the regions, and features a strong selection of grappa.

Not really worth it.
We were 2 diners at Taberna Etrusca at lunchtime on May 3rd 2012 and we were very satisfied with the overall dining experience at this restaurant. Great for a business lunch.
We had a lovely evening at Taberna Etrusca (London). The food and the service were wonderful and we would definitely recommend a visit.
Perfect for a quick business lunch
Good location and friendly service. The top top table offer was brilliant, although the food wasn't that overwhelmed.
