Food was great and very enjoyable. Service was poor from an uninterested and inattentive waitperson. Whilst food great, would struggle to go back given the poor service we received.

We ate at the Living Room near Tower Bridge on Friday night. The food was excellent. The bar was busy but the restaurant although it still had a good ambience. We ate from the 'Best Set' menu. Described as available 'From 12pm Monday to Friday'. The staff were reluctant for us to order from this menu and had to check with a manager despite the wording on the menu. One even claimed a mis-print!! The menu offered very good value and good sized portions. The food came promptly between each course.

And one of our main courses was very late, to the point where everybody else had almost finished. Staff seemed to me not overly concerned about service or keeping their customers happy. I shall think twice before returning or recommending

Service not too great, but waitress pleasant. Food was ok. I ordered a medium rare steak and received a blue one. Staff not overly concerned with customer satisfaction.
