We were visiting Battersea as a bit of a trip down memory lane and found the Metrogusto through Top Table. It was a real treat to spend a leisurely lunchtime in the company of a great 'host' who clearly took immense pride in every aspect of his business. The menu was suitably varied, feed very well presented and portions while not large were well balanced. Each of our meals was perfect.
Absolutely fantastic food at very reasonable prices. The staff were very welcoming and helped us whenever we requested it!!!!

We had a three course meal on a Friday night at Metrogusto Bar & Dining, prior to going to a local theatre. The wine list is extensive and the owner was fantastic and gave very attentive service, he also matched our wine tastes. We both had different glasses of wine with each course, which were all amazing. This place is totally overlooked, its fantastic and the food is oustanding, especially when comparing it to the value. We will definitely be back and are spreading a very positive word.
Had a great meal here on Saturday night. The food was good value and well cooked. The waiter/owner really added to our enjoyment with his charm and personality. We will definitely be going again as this place is a great local eatery. The wine list was good and there was a great selection of beers, particularly Meantime with 2 on draft and several bottles.
