Really Enjoyable Trip

We took a ride from Waterloo to the Tower of London and really enjoyed the trip. The commentry was clear and informative and is a really pleasant way to see some of the sights of London.

I was excited to take a cruise on the Thames while in London. I found City Cruises online and booked them. When I got to the ticket counter to inquire about my printed tickets, I have never met anyone so rude. I told the man that I had purchased my tickets online to be responded to with a "SO WHAT." Seriously, how rude can one person be? Avoid this cruiseline if you want customer service or friendliness.

The cruise itself was fine. Our guide did highlight some of the sites we were seeing and told a few good jokes, but I was in a bad mood because of the ticket man.

I do recommend that you take the cruise the whole way out to Greenwich. There are some lovely things to see out there and a couple of fabulous museums so take a look!

Just don't go on City Cruises.
