Exhibition24 Nov 2009 to 30 Nov 2009
2009 marks the centenary of the birth of photographer John Gay (1909-1999), whose candid images of people at work and leisure in post-war Britain form one of the most engaging visual documents of the time. As a tribute to his book London Observed (1964), students follow in Gay's footsteps and explore everyday life in London through the lens.
