Opened in 1983 by passionate chef Sally Clarke, this local legend on Kensington Church Street has become a firm favourite with professional critics and amateur gourmets alike. For 21 years, Sally served a four-course ‘no choice’ set dinner, but now there is a weekly changing menu that showcases her passion for high quality seasonal produce. Herbs and vegetables come from organic suppliers in South East England; buffalo mozzarella is flown in from Naples twice a week; and shellfish is sent overnight by rail from Scotland. Popular dishes include loin of Balmoral roe deer with apple and sage sauce; baked fillet of Cornish brill with herbed crumbs and thyme cream; and dark chocolate and chestnut tart. Clarke’s is quite simply an unforgettable experience.

Lovely as always.
Clarks, London Kensington Church Street. Food was excellent , service was friendly and attentive. A superb restaurant that I would heartily recommend.
Our meal at Clarke's on Kensington Church Street was absolutely wonderful. We had 2 courses, which were both excellent, we had ravioli filled with pumpkin, the dessert was delicious. The ambience was pleasant and homely, all in all a restaurant where I would love to have a meal again.
Thoroughly enjoyed my evening with great company. Excellent service and pleasantly good food.
I can't say enough good things about Clarke's Restaurant in London - a perrenial favorite. If you are looking for great food, a warm inviting atmosphere and excellent service - this is the place. Worth mentioning is the dependable wine list that features a lot of wines I would classify as a great value!
