food was really disappointing - not authentic, I've had much better Indian food in other restaurants in London.
We went to the Clipper restaurant on the 30th Dec. i have eaten in Brick Lane (East London) many times and the Clipper is a regular favourite of mine. The service was excellent as usual and the King Prawn Raza-la is definitely a dish I will be having again.
Food was good but when we went it was very quiet so there wasn,t much of an atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant though
I had a birthday meal at the Clipper and despite arriving late for the table, we were greeted warmly. We all enjoyed our food and the service was excellent, really adding to the atmosphere. Great place to go with a group of friends and definitely one of the better options in the area.
