Searcy's Champagne Bar
About Searcy's Champagne Bar
Overlooking London landmark St Paul’s Cathedral in the exciting One New Change building with its stunning modern architecture is the Searcy’s Champagne Bar, another luxurious venture from the high end catering brand. Sleekly contemporary, Searcy’s Champagne Bar is appointed with sheer indulgence in mind, full of deep wing-backed armchairs, a sinuously curved bar and statement lighting. Serving over thirty champagnes and Traditional Method sparkling wines by the glass and more than a hundred by the bottle, Searcy’s really knows its fizz, with both large scale brands and smaller boutique suppliers featured, from the iconic Perrier Jouet Bell Epoque to the must try Balfour Brut from Kent. Created by chef Arnaud Stevens of the 40 / 30 restaurant at the top of the Gherkin, Searcy’s Champagne Bar’s food menu is as exciting as its drinks list, combining French and English tradition with contemporary approaches and seasonal ingredients, a fine partner to some of London’s best sips.

Very slow service.
We had a wonderful time at Searcys One new change the other week. We had a great seating area. We went for cocktails first, on offer between 5 and 7pm, which were delicious then we opted for bubbly...but what a choice?! We have been recommended a glass of Bruno Paillard which went down really nicely. Overall, great venue, very comfortable and cosy not pretentious but above all superb service
We had the let's do lunch menu, a glass of champagne and a sandwich for £10, the menu has just changed and for the better, I had the roast sirloin, it was excellent, will be back again soon!
Searcy's Champagne Bar is perfect for a pre dinner drinks. Very cosy venue and very attentive staff. Please remember to mention any offer seen on the internet to a member of staff before ordering.
Searcy's Champagne Bar in St Paul's is a great stop for lunch, you can get a good sandwich and a glass of champers for £10. They also do a loyalty card and 5 stamps and you get a free flute of champers. The sarnies are nice the venue is lovely, it's never been busy at lunchtime, not sure why not. Service is good, the staff have always been lovely when I've been there.
