About Watermen's Hall
The Waterman & The Lighterman company was established in 1555 to control the watermen who controlled traffic on the river Thames. Today the company still licences the watermen and lightermen working on the Thames, as well as being involved with charitable work and education. The Waterman & The Lighterman Hall is available for hire and can cater for up to 73 dining guests and receptions for up to 120 people upon request.
