Located in Heron Tower, the impressive new skyscraper on Bishopsgate, The Drift is a treasure trove brimming with vintage crockery, ornate candelabras and floor-to-ceiling shelves bursting with produce.
The striking bar and restaurant occupies two floors and extends out to a tranquil al fresco space, offering a seasonal all-day menu, innovative cocktails, a mixology table and fine-dining hideaway.
Guests can choose between two bars, the chef's table, lounge bar or the delightfully secluded cabana overlooking Europe's largest aquarium.
Open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and canape parties, the drift's imaginative menu uses locally sourced ingredients at affordable prices.
The mixologists are committed to providing exceptionally well-crafted and innovative cocktails, from well-loved classics to skinnies (at less than 100 calories a pop), hot cocktails and toddies.

The Drift at Heron Tower, London. Food was good with an interesting and tasty selection on menu. The atmosphere is always nice being a bit quirky on the decor. Only downside being lunch hour so service is a bit thin on the ground.
