County Hall is the former headquarters of the London County Council. The Hall was designed by Ralph Knott. Construction began in 1911, yet the Hall was not fully completed until 1958. County Hall now hosts a leisure complex of restaurants and attractions.County Hall Address

The Dalί Universe displays a selection of the designs from 1st December for the whole of 2009 as part of a worldwide commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the artist's death.

Exhibited in County Hall Gallery alongside the Dalà Universe, Picasso is an exclusive collection of over 100 rare and unseen works from 20th Century's Spanish master, Pablo Ruiz Picasso. The exhibition offers visitors an unforgettable overview of the legacy of two legendary 20th Century artists. Picasso features important works spanning three decades of the artist's career and includes ceramics, breathtaking tapestries, lithographs and etchings. The artworks on display are also complemented by a series of black and white photographs of Picasso taken by Andre Villars, a photographer much admired by the artist.
