The Crabtree
About The Crabtree
If you needed any proof that the great British pub has changed then look no further than The Crabtree in London’s Fulham. Situated on the banks of the Thames looking over to Castlenau, The Crabtree is an iconic pub dating back to the Victorian times, new life breathed in to it by the current owners to make it a place where people flock to enjoy a special atmosphere, great food, good drinks and some of the best al fresco drinking and dining in the capital. Decorated in a modern vintage style to show off the attractive original features of the building, The Crabtree is both spacious and cosy. It’s out on the terrace with its trees and pergolas, wicker lounge seating and river views that The Crabtree really comes alive – especially when the barbecue is cranked up on balmy summer evenings! Aside from the barbie’s best, The Crabtree also offers a fine line in modern European pub food with a good helping of French style chic and a focus on high quality ingredients served at their very best, alongside excellent wines and the best of British ales.

Fantastic food will go back!
Great location, fantastic view over the river. Very nice service but not always accurate. Enormous crumble for pudding - shocked us all!
Good attentive service. Starter scallops is out of this world perfect cooking like I have never ever tasted. A few of us had grilled Black face lamb. I am afraid it was a bit bitter and dry side. Toffee pudding and panacotta is best ever. Apple pie is very sour. Would come back for other dishes and location ambiance. Very noisy on Saturday night and we have to shout, much quieter outside if its not cold up by the river. Much younger crowd. Great, free parking in front after 5pm weekdays
Enjoyed yet another lovely meal at the crabtree. Really relaxing atmosphere right by the river. Is a modern stylish pub without loosing the pub vibe. Food is slightly more expensive than what one would normally expect to pay for a meal at a pub, however all the food is of very good quality and the menu has a lot c thought pub into it- it is changed daily.
We had lunch here, were seated outside on the gorgeous patio as requested. The food menu wasn't as good as last time I was there - so we were slightly disappointed with the selection. However the food was very good .
