We had a dinner at Avista on Thursday evening and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very friendly and attentive service, delicious food (my beef carpaccio starter was outstanding, chicken main was excellent and dark chocolate sorbet dessert was divine), great ambience and, all things considered, set menu is very good value for money.
Beautiful room and excellent Italian food. A bit of a family place, since it is after all in a hotel, so not the most romantic venue but I will definitely be returning.
Really good service in a really pleasant setting! Food was delicious and nicely presented! We received a different bottle of wine I the one i thought we ordered but the waiter only charged us for the cheaper one, which was really nice since it was probably my fault we got a different wine in the first place! Would go again!
Avista's food was excellent, finally an Italian restaurant with a difference. The Buratta was delicious.
Very good service and looks, portions are not so big though considering the price, but very good and authentic food
