The Depot in Barnes has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a menu that is good value and sensibly small with an unimpeded view overhanging the Thames. Great place.
Sitting in the window watching the skiffs in the rain on the river. The Depot is always good. Today was no different.
This was my first but certainly not my last time there - the atmosphere is relaxed, staff is lovely, the view (we had a window seat) spectacular, and the food matches all the above.

My second visit to The Depot in Barnes was even better than the first! Really enjoyed the whole dining experience, from the warm welcome through to excellent service, great food and magnificent views of the River Thames! (Thoroughly recommend the Depot Fishcake). A great place!
